About Si View

A public agency formed by a vote of the people in 2003 to keep the historic Si View Community Center and Pool open, governed by five elected commissioners.

Our mission

To work in partnership with the community to preserve historic Si View Park and provide opportunities to enhance the quality of life through the facilitation of recreation programs and parks in the Snoqualmie Valley.

The Community Center was built in 1938 with Works Progress Administration labor, and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Today the District runs over 2,300 recreation programs and activities a year and manages over 900 acres of parks, trails and open space.

Design note: All 104 agendas and 76 minutes from the current two pages, joined into one row per meeting and shown one year at a time. On the new site, staff upload a PDF to a meeting record and the table builds itself. Older records would sit in a labelled archive, as the proposal describes.
